ASC Degree College, a contrivance of a team of academicians, had it’s inception in 2009. The institution, affiliated to Bangalore University, has been doing remarkable service in the field of education for the past decade. A humble beginning with 50 students, the college has grown phenomenally and presently houses more than 1000 students. The institution offers graduate programs in Commerce, Management, Computer Applications and Post Graduate program in Commerce. Striving towards excellence, is a dedicated team of highly qualified, experienced and well informed teachers. Apprized with new teaching methodologies and personal touch, this team inspires the young minds to excel. Besides providing ample opportunities for career development, the college equally focuses on extra-curricular activities. The college infrastructure offers an ambience most suitable for the pursuit of Learning and Development.

Founder & Chairman

Prof. H.S. Anantha Murthy founded the ASC Group to “promote quality education with a purpose to create young leaders”. Prior to opening its doors as a college – ASC has been at the forefront of quality tutoring and coaching since 1988. ASC opened its doors as a college in 2008. Since then it has been a beacon of excellence and has become one of the leading institutions in Bangalore in a very short time. “Educating the mind with a heart for Academics is the motto of ASC Group of Institutions”.Prof. Ananth Murthy heads the ASC Group of Institutions and is the Chief Visionary behind the entire group. He is ably supported by Prof. S. Sridhar, Mr. Santhosh Shetty, Mrs. Sangeetha Murthy, Mr. L. Manjunath, and Mrs. K.S. Shanta Bai in the ASC Educational & Cultural Trust.

I have been entrusted with the Chairmanship of this Institution and I stand at the helm of responsibility to continue the legacy of late Shri H S Anantha Murthy and will manage the smooth running of this institution. Our college doesn’t believe in taking only the creamy layer or meritorious students, we have diverse student community from different walks of life. Through quality education, development of moral values, knowledge and culture, we are sure to contribute good & educated citizens to the society. After having closely observed the functioning of the institution for a few years behind the scene, I am well aware of how to manage the educational institution smoothly and diligently. Together we have the potential to drive the institution on the path of success.

A Teacher Par Excellence and an Educationist Extraordinary, with close to four decades of teaching experience in one of the most prestigious institutions in Bengaluru, began a center for mentoring and tutoring the students of Commerce and Management in 1997.
Having understood the essence of learning, the pulse of the students and the needs of our times, Prof. Harohalli Sripada Rao Anantha Murthy, founded the ASC Degree College in the year 2009. Thus, emerged the center of Education set up exclusively by teacher with a passion for enriching the younger generation.
With a vision to Promote Quality Education to Create Young Leaders' ASC in its journey so far has been able to make a distinct mark and grow in the Social, Economic and Academic sphere of influence, as testified by our growth in Admissions, Infrastructure, Results and Recognition.
